MassageLuxe also offers Area Development
Agreements (ADAs)
for highly qualified and experienced individuals.
- For an initial development fee,
Area Developers are granted exclusive development rights
for a specific number of franchise units within a defined
territory based on various market and economic conditions
such as population, household earnings, and other demographic
criteria.
- The minimum ADA is for 11 units,
including 1 unit that the Area Developer must own and
operate as a Model Salon. .
- In exchange for generating franchise
sales and providing certain ongoing support and services
to all the franchisees within the development area,
the Area Developer shares in both the initial franchise
fee and a percentage of the royalties generated in their
area.
- Area Developers must be able to
demonstrate prior successful business experience, preferably
in franchise development, sales, operations, or multi-unit
franchise ownership. Minimum liquidity of $200,000 and
net worth above $500,000 is required.
